Weather Forecast for Local Aviation

I.   SIGNIFICANT WEATHER WITHIN 100 KILOMETER RADIUS OF H.K :
     STRONG WINDS AND SEV TURB ON HIGH GROUND.
     ISOL CUNIM/TS AND ASSOCIATED HAZARDS AT FIRST.

II.  SYNOPSIS OF THE WEATHER SITUATION :
     THE AREA OF LOW PRESSURE OVER THE NORTHERN PART
     OF VIETNAM IS WEAKENING GRADUALLY.  MEANWHILE,
     THE SUBTROPICAL RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE COVERING
     SOUTHEASTERN CHINA IS EXTENDING WESTWARDS, AND
     BRINGING GENERALLY FINE WEATHER TO THE REGION.
