     SOUTH CHINA COASTA AREAS.
     AT 11 P.M. LAST NIGHT, TROPICAL STORM KIROGI
     WAS LOCATED NEAR 11.6 DEGREES NORTH, 111.3
     DEGREES EAST. IT IS FORECAST TO MOVE WEST OR
     WEST-NORTHWEST AT ABOUT 12 KNOTS IN THE GENERAL
     DIRECTION OF THE SOUTHERN VIETNAM.
