To enhance the meteorological support for the local aviation users, additional weather information including the en-route significant meteorological warnings (SIGMET) for the Hong Kong Flight Information Region and the lowest pressure setting (QNH) forecast at the Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) have been added to the Local Aviation Forecast web page on AMIDS.
The lowest QNH forecast at HKIA is issued every hour, providing the lowest QNH value for the period from the issue time up to the end of the forecast period of the Local Aviation Forecast. |
