	The northeast monsoon persists over the south China coastal areas.
Weather forecast for today Fine and dry. Cool in the morning. The minimum temperature in the urban areas will be about 16 degrees. It will be a few degrees lower in the New Territories. The maximum temperature will be around 22 degrees. Moderate east to northeasterly winds, occasionally fresh over offshore waters. Outlook : Temperatures rising over the weekend.
