	Under the influence of the winter monsoon, temperatures over southern China this morning were generally fell below 10 degrees. The monsoon will continue to bring cold weather to southern China.
Weather forecast for this afternoon and tonight Fine and dry. Moderate northerly winds, occasionally fresh over offshore waters and on high ground. Outlook : Cold weather persisting into midweek next week with morning temperatures falling to around 10 degrees.
