	An intense winter monsoon continues to bring cold and dry weather to southern China.
Weather forecast for today Fine and very dry. It will be cold. The minimum temperature in the urban areas will be about 8 degrees in the morning and a few degrees lower in the New Territories. The maximum temperature during the day will be around 14 degrees. Fresh northerly winds, strong over offshore waters and on high ground. Outlook : Cold and dry weather will persist into midweek next week.
