	A cold and dry winter monsoon is affecting southern China.
Weather forecast for tonight and tomorrow Mainly fine and dry. Cold tomorrow morning. The minimum temperature in the urban areas will be about 12 degrees and a couple of degrees lower in the New Territories. The maximum temperature will be around 17 degrees. Moderate to fresh north to northeasterly winds. Outlook : Mainly fine and dry in the following few days. Rather cool in the morning.
