	Unsettled weather affected Guangdong and the adjacent waters yesterday. Locally, thundery showers affected the territory. More than 30 millimetres of rainfall were recorded over parts of the New Territories. A weak northeast monsoon is expected to affect southern China in the next few days.
Weather forecast for Hong Kong (Sunday, 7 Sep 2008) Mainly cloudy with a few showers. Sunny intervals during the day. Temperatures will range between 26 and 30 degrees. Light to moderate easterly winds. Outlook : Sunny periods in the following few days.
