Fine and dry. Cool overnight. The minimum temperature in the urban areas will be about 16 degrees. It will be a few degrees lower in the New Territories. The maximum temperature tomorrow will be around 22 degrees. Moderate east to northeasterly winds, occasionally fresh over offshore waters.
