Background
The Friends of the Observatory was established in August 1996. Aims are:
- To promote Hong Kong Observatory and its services to the public.
- To provide science extension activities in relation to the works of
the Observatory.
- To foster communication between the Observatory and the public, so
we can know more about the needs of the public in our services.
