Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong
Observatory.

A dry northeast monsoon affected southern China today.
Locally, the weather was mainly fine. It was dry during the
day. The relative humidity over most parts of the territory
fell to 50 per cent or below. The monsoon is expected to
moderate slightly tomorrow. It will be warm during the day
over the region. A replenishment of the monsoon will reach
the coast of southern China tomorrow night to Tuesday at
first. It will be generally fine and very dry over the
region in the middle and latter parts of this week. It will
be cool in the morning and at night, with a rather large
temperature difference between day and night.

Weather forecast for Hong Kong (Monday, 24 Nov 2025)

Cloudy periods in the morning and at night. The minimum
temperature in the morning will be about 21 degrees in the
urban areas, and a couple of degrees lower in the New
Territories. Mainly fine, dry and warm during the day. The
maximum temperature will be around 27 degrees. Moderate
northeasterly winds, becoming fresh northerlies on Monday
night.

Outlook : Mainly fine and dry persistently this week, with a
rather large temperature difference between day and night.
Cool in the morning and at night in the middle and latter
parts of this week.
