Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory. The weather is mainly fine over Guangdong. Besides, pressure is rising over the northern part of southern China. The winter monsoon is expected to affect the coast of Guangdong gradually later today. Weather forecast for today It will be fine. Dry and mild during the day. The maximum temperature will be around 22 degrees. Moderate north to northeasterly winds, fresh later. Becoming appreciably cooler tonight. Outlook : The minimum temperature in the morning will be around 12 to 13 degrees in the urban areas over the next couple of days, and a few degrees lower in the New Territories. The weather will be fine and very dry, with rather large temperature difference between day and night.
