Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong
Observatory.

Winds are weak and the weather is very hot over the coast of
Guangdong. The maximum temperature recorded at the
Observatory was 34.3 degrees, the highest so far this year.
Besides, an area of low pressure is bringing unsettled
weather to the central part of the South China Sea, and is
moving north to northeastwards.

Weather forecast for tonight and tomorrow

Becoming cloudy overnight. Isolated showers tomorrow. The
minimum temperature will be about 29 degrees in the morning.
Very hot with sunny periods during the day. The maximum
temperature will be around 34 degrees in the urban areas,
and a couple of degrees higher in the New Territories.
Moderate southwesterly winds.

Outlook : Extremely hot on Friday, temperatures in the New
Territories can reach 36 to 37 degrees. A few showers and
thunderstorms on Saturday, and still very hot in some areas.
Occasional showers in the following couple of days. High
temperature weather will be alleviated.
