Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory. An anticyclone aloft is covering the coast of Guangdong and the northern part of the South China Sea. Weather forecast for today Mainly cloudy. Isolated showers in the morning. The minimum temperature will be about 28 degrees. Hot with sunny periods during the day. The maximum temperature will be around 32 degrees in the urban areas, and a couple of degrees higher in the New Territories. Moderate south to southwesterly winds, fresh offshore, occasionally strong on high ground. Outlook : Mainly fine in the following couple of days, very hot during the day. A few showers in the latter part of this week.
