Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory. A dry northeast monsoon is bringing mainly fine weather to the coast of Guangdong. Locally, the relative humidity over most parts of the territory fell below 70 per cent around noon. Weather forecast for this afternoon and tonight Mainly fine. Dry in the afternoon. Moderate east to northeasterly winds. Outlook : Fine in the next couple of days. Still cool in the morning. Daytime temperatures will rise slightly, and it will be dry during the day. The temperature difference between day and night will be rather large over inland areas. Cloudier midweek this week.
