Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory. A strong northeast monsoon is bringing generally fine and dry weather to the coast of Guangdong. Locally, it was cool this morning. Temperatures over most parts of the territory were about 16 to 17 degrees. Weather forecast for today Mainly fine and dry. Cool in the morning. The maximum temperature will be around 20 degrees during the day. Fresh easterly winds, strong offshore and on high ground. Outlook : Mainly fine during the weekend to early next week, dry during the day. Still cool on Saturday morning. Temperatures will rise midweek next week and it will be warm during the day.
