Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory. A cold front is moving across the coastal areas of southern China. The associated northeast monsoon is affecting the region gradually. Meanwhile, a band of clouds is covering eastern Guangdong. Weather forecast for today Mainly cloudy. One or two light rain patches and rather low visibility in some areas at first. Temperatures will fall slightly, ranging between 19 and 23 degrees. Moderate to fresh east to northeasterly winds, occasionally strong offshore and on high ground at first. Outlook : Cool in the morning with sunny intervals during the day on the second and third days of Lunar New Year. Warm during the day in the following couple of days.
