Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory. Under the influence of an anticyclone aloft, the weather is generally fine over Guangdong. At 10 a.m., Tropical Storm Surigae was centred about 510 kilometres south-southeast of Osaka. It is forecast to move northeast at about 22 kilometres per hour across the seas south of Japan. Weather forecast for today Mainly fine. Very hot during the day. Light to moderate southwesterly winds. Outlook : Still very hot during the day on the National Day, with a few showers later. Cloudier with temperatures falling slightly and a few showers in the following couple of days.
