Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory. Winds are weak and the weather is mainly fine over Guangdong. Weather forecast for today Mainly fine. Cloudy periods and coastal mist in the morning. The minimum temperature will be about 19 degrees. Warm during the day. The maximum temperature will be around 25 degrees in the urban areas, and a couple of degrees higher in the New Territories. Light to moderate easterly winds. Outlook : Relatively humid in the morning and at night, and warm during the day on Sunday and Lunar New Year's Eve. One or two light rain patches at first on Lunar New Year's Day, and it will be windy with temperatures falling slightly. Cool in the morning on the second and third days of Lunar New Year.
