Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory. Weather forecast for this afternoon and tonight Hot with sunny periods and one or two showers in the afternoon. More showers with thunderstorms in some areas later. Moderate east to northeasterly winds. Outlook : Winds will strengthen and showers will increase gradually tomorrow. Occasional squally showers and thunderstorms on Saturday, showers will be heavy at times, and there will be swells. Winds will weaken on Sunday, but still showery. The weather will improve briefly and will be very hot early next week, but will deteriorate significantly midweek next week.
