Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory. The winter monsoon is bringing fine and dry weather to the coast of Guangdong. Weather forecast for tonight and tomorrow Fine. Cold tonight and tomorrow morning. The minimum temperature will be about 11 degrees in the urban areas, and temperatures over parts of the New Territories will be significantly lower. Very dry during the day with a maximum temperature of around 17 degrees. Moderate north to northeasterly winds, occasionally fresh offshore at first tomorrow. Outlook : Fine and very dry on Friday. The morning will still be cold. Temperatures will rise slightly over the weekend, but it will still be cool in the morning. Dry with sunny periods early next week.
