Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory. The weather is mainly fine over Guangdong. Besides, pressure is rising over the northern part of Guangdong. The winter monsoon is expected to affect the coastal areas gradually later today. Weather forecast for this afternoon and tonight Fine and dry. Moderate northerly winds. Winds strengthening from the north gradually and becoming cold overnight. Outlook : Persistently cold in the morning in the next couple of days. The minimum temperature will be around 11 to 12 degrees in the urban areas, and a few degrees lower in the New Territories. Fine and very dry with rather large temperature difference between day and night.
