Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory. Under the influence of a trough of low pressure and an active southerly airstream, there are showers and thunderstorms over the coast of Guangdong. At noon, Typhoon Saudel was centred about 380 kilometres east of Wenzhou. It is forecast to move west at about 10 kilometres per hour towards the vicinity of the coast of Zhejiang to Fujian. Weather forecast for this afternoon and tonight Mainly cloudy with occasional showers and a few squally thunderstorms. Moderate to fresh south to southwesterly winds. Outlook : A few showers and thunderstorms tomorrow. Very hot on Saturday and there will still be a few showers. The weather will be unsettled on Sunday. Showers will ease off gradually and the weather will improve early to midweek next week.
