Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory. While areas of intense thundery showers associated with a trough of low pressure have moved southwards to the northern part of the South China Sea, showers are still affecting the coast of Guangdong. Weather forecast for today Mainly cloudy with a few showers. The maximum temperature will be around 30 degrees. Moderate north to northwesterly winds, occasionally fresh at first. Outlook : It will be brighter in the next couple of days, but there will still be a few showers. The weather will become unsettled gradually over the weekend.
