9-Day Weather Forecast General Situation: An anticyclone aloft will bring generally fine weather to Guangdong in the next couple of days. Meanwhile, a broad trough of low pressure will affect the vicinity of the east of the Philippines to the central part of the South China Sea. It will gradually edge closer to the northern part of the South China Sea and the coast of southern China early next week. There will be showers and thunderstorms over the region. A fresh easterly airstream will affect the coast of southern China midweek next week. With the anticyclone aloft strengthening again, the weather will improve over southern China in the middle and latter parts of next week.
