There were only three occasions required the Observatory to issue Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 10 since 1980s (until 2017), in which Typhoon Ellen in 1983 was the most destructive. The video is now available on the "MyObservatory" mobile application and the Observatory's website for your viewing.
