To enhance public awareness of the Observatory's services and weather hazards, a corporate website has been set up on YouTube (www.youtube.com/hkweather) to facilitate the sharing of videos produced or co-produced by the Observatory.  You may also click on the "HKO@YouTube" banner at the top of the Observatory homepage (www.weather.gov.hk) to browse this website.

The Observatory YouTube website currently provides the following videos:

l          "Hong Kong Observatory Weather the Storms for a Century", which gives a general introduction to the work of the Hong Kong Observatory
l          Short videos on tropical cyclones
l          Videos on the Observatory's work for the 2008 Olympics (produced by the Civil Service Bureau)

The Observatory will roll out more videos on the YouTube website.  Stay tuned!
