The Hong Kong Observatory has produced a short video (in Chinese),
explaining the weather change in Hong Kong during the intense surge of
winter monsoon last week. The video clip has been uploaded to the Internet
today (6 November 2009) and is available at the Observatory's YouTube site
 (http://www.youtube.com/user/hkweather#p/c/429074D3545B7C10/10/Llr2Xd5sl88). Similar video clips will be produced at frequent intervals and uploaded to
the YouTube web site to explain weather systems that affected Hong Kong
and provide practical meteorological knowledge for the public.
