The competition, jointly organized by the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Observatory, aims to enrich student's knowledge in both engineering and meteorology. Primary and secondary school students of Hong Kong are welcome to participate in the competition. The deadline for registration is 10 February 2012.
