Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory.

An intense northeast monsoon is bringing cold and dry weather to southern China. Locally, temperatures over the urban areas were generally only 8 to 9 degrees in the morning.

Weather forecast for today

Cloudy and cold. Mainly fine and dry during the day. The maximum temperature will be around 14 degrees. Fresh to strong northerly winds, gusty at times, moderating later.

Outlook : Still cold tomorrow morning. Becoming mild in the latter part of this week.
