"Cool Met Stuff" : The 40th year of the Caesium beam atomic clock

The Hong Kong Observatory's time service is based on the Caesium beam atomic clock, keeping an accuracy within 0.01 millionth second a day. These would be introduced in the latest episode of "Cool Met Stuff".
