"Cool Met Stuff" : [Probability of Significant Rain (2)]

The Observatory newly launches “Probability of Significant Rain” forecast to provide users with additional reference on rainfall amount and forecast trend for the coming 9 days.  The definitions of “Probability of Significant Rain” and Rainstorm Warning Signal are different.  Therefore, the chance of having significant rain does not represent the chance of issuing Rainstorm Warning Signal.  We shall tell you the difference in the latest episode of “Cool Met Stuff”.
