"Cool Met Stuff": Tropical Cyclone Warning Signals

The tropical cyclone season of Hong Kong is approaching. The new episode of "Cool Met Stuff" reviews the meanings of the tropical cyclone warning signals, and introduces the precautionary measures requiring particular attention when Signal No.8 or above is in force.
