"Cool Met Stuff": Super Typhoon Ragasa and Swells

Even when Super Typhoon Ragasa was hundreds of kilometres away from Hong Kong, the hazard was already quietly approaching, including the subtle but often unnoticed swells. The latest episode of "Cool Met Stuff" will introduce the formation of swells and their hidden dangers.
