Observatory staff delivered RAeS HK Branch Evening Talk on Aviation Meteorology

At the invitation of the Royal Aeronautical Society (RAeS) Hong Kong Branch, HKO Scientific Officer, Mr. William Shum delivered a public evening talk on aviation meteorology on 31 May 2018. In the packed auditorium, the audiences were amazed by the variety of weather phenomena affecting aviation, but at the same time were comforted by knowing the effort the Observatory spent in providing reliable aviation weather services to ensure the safety of air navigation.
