Japan Airlines visiting the Airport Meteorological Office

Five staff of Japan Airlines led by Mr. Yoshihisa Yoshida, Deputy General Manager, visited the Airport Meteorological Office (AMO) and the Meteorological Enclosure in the afternoon of 18 May 2018. Observatory's colleagues introduced them to the operations and services of AMO, the equipment used and the Aviation Meteorological Information Dissemination System (AMIDS) to retrieve the latest aerodrome forecast, observation reports and significant weather prognostic charts for preparation of flight document.
