As of the end of October, 13 tropical cyclones necessitated the issuance of Tropical Cyclone Warning Signals in 2025, breaking the record for the highest number of signals issued in a year since 1946. The strikes of Typhoon Wipha in July and Super Typhoon Ragasa in September necessitated the issuance of the Hurricane Signal No. 10, tying the record of issuing the No. 10 signal twice in the same year in 1964.
