Delegate of Earthquake Administration of Guangdong Province visits the Observatory

A delegation of 9 persons from the Earthquake Administration of Guangdong Province paid a visit to the Hong Kong Observatory on 20 November. The delegation visited the Headquarters of the Observatory and the Cape D'Aguilar Seismograph Station. They also shared with personnel of the Observatory the fruit of their work. Mr. Huang Teng-lang, the leader of the delegation, commended the staff of the Observatory for their attitude and efficiency at work. He also spoke highly of the earthquake information service provided by the Observatory, and remarked that it met the needs of the public well.
