Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory. A dry northeast monsoon is affecting the coast of Guangdong. Meanwhile, the band of clouds covering the region is thinning out gradually. Weather forecast for today Mainly fine and dry. Cool in the morning. The minimum temperature will be about 15 degrees in the urban areas, and temperatures will be significantly lower over parts of the New Territories. The maximum temperature will be around 20 degrees during the day. Cloudy periods at night. Moderate northeasterly winds, becoming moderate to fresh easterlies. Outlook : Sunny periods with temperatures rising midweek this week, but the temperature difference between day and night will be relatively large over inland areas. Mainly cloudy towards the weekend.
