Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory. The winter monsoon is bringing fine and very dry weather to the coast of Guangdong. Up to 2 p.m., the relative humidity recorded at the Observatory once fell to 18 per cent, equalling the lowest on record in January since the establishment of the automatic weather station at the Observatory's Headquarters in 1984. Weather forecast for this afternoon and tonight Fine and very dry. Moderate north to northeasterly winds. Outlook : Fine and very dry tomorrow, still cold in the morning. Temperatures over parts of the New Territories will be significantly lower. Temperatures rising slightly over the weekend, but cool in the morning. Windy with sunny intervals on Monday.
