Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory. The weather is generally fine over Guangdong. Locally, the weather was extremely hot in the afternoon, temperatures over many places rose to 37 degrees or above. At 4 p.m., Tropical Storm Dolphin was centred about 200 kilometres east of Nanchang. It is forecast to move west-northwest at about 22 kilometres per hour across the inland areas of eastern China and weaken gradually. Weather forecast for tonight and tomorrow Mainly fine. The minimum temperature will be about 29 degrees tomorrow morning. Extremely hot during the day with a maximum temperature of around 35 degrees in the urban areas, and a couple of degrees higher in the New Territories. Isolated showers later tomorrow. Moderate west to southwesterly winds. Outlook : The maximum temperature will be around 33 to 34 degrees in the urban areas, and a couple of degrees higher in the New Territories on Wednesday and Thursday. A few showers on Friday and over the weekend.
