9-Day Weather Forecast General Situation: An anticyclone aloft will bring mainly fine weather to southern China in the next few days. It will be very hot over the region during the day. A broad trough of low pressure will bring unsettled weather to the central part of the South China Sea and the seas east of the Philippines over the weekend. An area of low pressure may develop over the vicinity of Luzon within the broad trough of low pressure early next week, and will move in the general direction of the seas east of Taiwan to the vicinity of the coast of southeastern China in the middle and latter parts of next week.
