At 11 a.m. at the Hong Kong Observatory the air temperature was 19 degrees Celsius and the relative humidity 96 per cent.
During the past hour the mean UV Index recorded at King's Park was 0.8. The intensity of UV radiation was low.
Though rainstorm warning has been cancelled, people should stay alert to the danger that may be brought about by river flooding.
