Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory. A dry northeast monsoon is affecting the coast of Guangdong. Locally, the relative humidity over many places fell to about 40 per cent around noon. Besides, a band of clouds is covering southern China. Weather forecast for this afternoon and tonight Mainly cloudy. Very dry with sunny periods in the afternoon. Moderate to fresh north to northeasterly winds, occasionally strong offshore and on high ground at first. Outlook : Still cool tomorrow morning. Sunny periods with temperatures rising midweek this week, but the temperature difference between day and night will be relatively large over inland areas. Mainly cloudy towards the weekend.
