Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory. A trough of low pressure is affecting Guangdong. The band of thundery showers now over western Guangdong is moving eastwards gradually. It is expected to edge closer to the coastal areas around noon. Weather forecast for today Mainly cloudy with a few showers. Sunny intervals in the morning. Isolated thunderstorms later. Light to moderate southerly winds. Outlook : Hot with sunny periods apart from isolated showers over the weekend and on Monday. A few showers midweek next week.
