Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory. A band of clouds is covering the coast of Guangdong. Meanwhile, an anticyclone aloft is affecting the northern part of the South China Sea. Tropical Storm Hagupit has weakened into a tropical depression. At 4 p.m., Hagupit was centred about 1380 kilometres east-southeast of Manila. It is forecast to move west-northwest at about 12 kilometres per hour towards the seas east of the Philippines. Weather forecast for tonight and tomorrow Mainly cloudy. Sunny intervals tomorrow. Temperatures will range between 24 and 28 degrees. Light to moderate east to southeasterly winds. Outlook : Sunny periods and isolated showers in the following couple of days. Hot during the day. The weather will be unsettled with showers increasing and thunderstorms on Thursday and Friday.
