9-Day Weather Forecast General Situation: Tropical Cyclone Danas will move across the East China Sea today and tomorrow, and make landfall over the vicinity of Zhejiang to Fujian later tomorrow. It will then move southwestwards towards inland areas and weaken. Meanwhile, under the influence of a southwesterly airstream, the weather will be very hot with showers over the coast of Guangdong. A trough of low pressure is expected to bring heavy showers and thunderstorms to Guangdong and the northern part of the South China Sea in the middle and latter parts of this week. With the trough of low pressure weakening, showers will ease off gradually over the weekend. The weather will be brighter early next week.
