Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory. A dry winter monsoon is bringing cold weather to Guangdong. Locally, temperatures over many places fell to 12 degrees or below this morning, four to five degrees lower than those of yesterday. Weather forecast for today Mainly fine and dry. Cold in the morning. The maximum temperature will be around 17 degrees during the day. Moderate to fresh northerly winds, occasionally strong offshore and on high ground. Outlook : It will remain cold tomorrow morning. The temperature difference between day and night will be relatively large. The weather will be persistently fine and dry early next week, but still cool in the morning.
