Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory. An intense winter monsoon is bringing dry and fine weather to the coast of Guangdong. Locally, it was cold this morning. Up to 5:30 a.m., the minimum temperature recorded at the Observatory was 10.9 degrees, the lowest so far this winter. Weather forecast for today Fine. Very dry during the day with a maximum temperature of around 17 degrees. Fresh north to northeasterly winds, strong offshore and up to gale force on high ground at first. Outlook : Persistently cold in the morning in the next couple of days. It will be fine and very dry. Temperatures will rise slightly during the weekend, but it will still be cool in the morning.
