Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory. The northeast monsoon affecting the coast of Guangdong will strengthen overnight, temperatures will fall appreciably over the region. Locally, temperatures over most parts of the territory in the afternoon were five to seven degrees lower than those of yesterday. A band of clouds is covering the coastal areas. Weather forecast for tonight and tomorrow Mainly cloudy. One or two light rain patches at first. Rather cool tomorrow morning. The minimum temperature will be about 13 degrees in the urban areas, and a couple of degrees lower in the New Territories. Dry with sunny periods during the day with a maximum temperature of around 19 degrees. Moderate to fresh northeasterly winds, occasionally strong offshore and on high ground tomorrow. Outlook : Windy on Monday, and still rather cool in the morning. Temperatures will rise during the day in the following couple of days.
