Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory. The easterly airstream affecting the coast of Guangdong is moderating gradually. Meanwhile, the cold front over the northern part of southern China is moving southwards gradually. It is expected to move across the coast of Guangdong later today. Weather forecast for today Mainly cloudy with one or two rain patches. The maximum temperature will be around 22 degrees during the day. Moderate to fresh easterly winds, becoming northerlies later, occasionally strong offshore and on high ground. Temperatures will fall appreciably to about 16 degrees at midnight. Outlook : The minimum temperatures tomorrow and on Monday will be around 15 to 16 degrees in the urban areas, and a couple of degrees lower in the New Territories. Sunny periods midweek next week, with temperatures rising gradually.
