Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory. The dry northeast monsoon affecting southern China is moderating gradually. Locally, the relative humidity over most parts of the territory fell to 60 per cent or below in the afternoon. Besides, an easterly airstream is expected to affect the coastal areas gradually overnight. Weather forecast for tonight and tomorrow Becoming cloudy. Cool tomorrow morning. The minimum temperature will be about 17 degrees in the urban areas, and a couple of degrees lower in the New Territories. Sunny periods during the day with a maximum temperature of around 21 degrees. One or two light rain patches tomorrow night. Light winds, becoming moderate to fresh easterlies, occasionally strong on high ground. Outlook : Mainly cloudy and relatively humid in the following couple of days. Brighter midweek next week.
