Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory. The easterly airstream now affecting the coast of eastern Guangdong is being replaced by a southerly airstream gradually. Besides, showers are affecting Guangdong. At 10 a.m., Typhoon Jangmi was centred about 160 kilometres south-southwest of Okinawa. It is forecast to move north-northeast at about 18 kilometres per hour across the vicinity of the Ryukyu Islands. Weather forecast for today Hot with sunny periods and one or two showers. Light to moderate south to southeasterly winds. Outlook : Very hot during the day with sunny periods and isolated showers in the next couple of days.
