Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory. Winds are weak over Guangdong. Weather forecast for tonight and tomorrow Cloudy periods and coastal fog in the morning and at night. The minimum temperature will be about 19 degrees tomorrow morning. Mainly fine and warm during the day. The maximum temperature will be around 26 degrees in the urban areas, and a couple of degrees higher in the New Territories. Light to moderate easterly winds. Outlook : Still relatively humid in the morning and at night, and warm during the day on Lunar New Year's Eve. One or two light rain patches at first on Lunar New Year's Day, windy with temperatures falling slightly. Cool in the morning on the second and third days of Lunar New Year.
