Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory. The northeast monsoon is affecting the coast of Guangdong. At noon, Tropical Storm Surigae was centred about 1070 kilometres southeast of Okinawa. It is forecast to move west-northwest at about 22 kilometres per hour across the western North Pacific to the east of the Philippines. Weather forecast for this afternoon and tonight Mainly fine. Hot in the afternoon. Cloudy periods tonight. Moderate easterly winds. Outlook : Mainly fine and very hot for the rest of this week to midweek next week. Cloudy periods in the morning and at night.
