Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory. Winds were weak over Guangdong today. Locally, the weather was mainly fine with some haze. The visibility in the harbour once fell below 5000 metres. It was dry and hot during the day. Winds are expected to remain weak over the coast of Guangdong tomorrow. Upper-air disturbances and an easterly airstream will bring a few showers to the coast of southern China on Monday and Tuesday. Weather forecast for Hong Kong (Sunday, 19 Apr 2026) Mainly fine. Visibility relatively low in some areas. The minimum temperature will be about 24 degrees in the morning. Dry and hot during the day. The maximum temperature will be around 29 degrees in the urban areas, and a couple of degrees higher in the New Territories. Isolated showers later. Light winds. Outlook : Sunny intervals and a few showers in the following couple of days. The weather will be unsettled in the latter part of next week.
