Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory. Showers are affecting inland Guangdong. Meanwhile, the area of low pressure over the northern part of the South China Sea is bringing unsettled weather to the region. At 8 p.m., Tropical Storm Bavi was centred about 150 kilometres east-northeast of Xuzhou. It is forecast to move northeast at about 22 kilometres per hour across the vicinity of eastern China to the Yellow Sea. Meanwhile, Tropical Depression Haishen was centred about 270 kilometres northwest of Yap. It is forecast to move northwest at about 18 kilometres per hour across the western North Pacific. Weather forecast for tonight and tomorrow Cloudy with a few showers and squally thunderstorms. More showers tomorrow. Showers will be heavy at times. Temperatures will range between 26 and 30 degrees. Moderate northeasterly winds, becoming fresh southerlies tomorrow, strong offshore. Outlook : Showers will be heavier in some areas with squally thunderstorms at first on Wednesday. The weather will remain unsettled with showers and thunderstorms in the following couple of days.
