9-Day Weather Forecast General Situation: Winds will be weak and the weather will be mainly fine and very hot over the coast of Guangdong in the next couple of days. An anticyclone aloft will cover southeastern China early to midweek next week. The weather will be generally fine over the region. It will be extremely hot over inland areas. A surge of the northeast monsoon is expected to affect southern China in the latter part of next week. There will be a few showers over the region and high temperature weather will be alleviated. Besides, Tropical Cyclone Surigae will intensify gradually and move towards the vicinity of the seas east of Taiwan and Ryukyu Islands in the next couple of days.
