9-Day Weather Forecast General Situation: A northeast monsoon will affect Guangdong persistently in the next couple of days. The weather will be mainly fine over the region, it will be dry during the day. With the monsoon moderating, it will become very hot with isolated showers over Guangdong during the weekend to early next week. Besides, a tropical cyclone is expected to develop gradually over the western North Pacific to the east of the Philippines in the next couple of days, and move towards the vicinity of the Luzon Strait and the seas east of Taiwan in the latter part of this week. However, its subsequent movement remains uncertain. Under the influence of its outer subsiding air, it will be extremely hot over inland Guangdong early next week.
