9-Day Weather Forecast General Situation: Winds will be weak and the weather will be very hot with a few showers over Guangdong today. A broad trough of low pressure will bring unsettled weather to the coast of Guangdong and the northern part of the South China Sea early next week. Areas of low pressure may exist over the trough of low pressure. Under the influence of a relatively dry continental airstream, showers will ease off gradually over southern China midweek next week. Besides, Tropical Cyclone Saudel will move into inland central China and continue to weaken today. On the other hand, an area of low pressure may develop over the western North Pacific to the east of the Philippines in the next couple of days, and then move in the general direction of the seas east of Taiwan.
