9-Day Weather Forecast General Situation: A trough of low pressure will edge closer to the coast of Guangdong later tomorrow. There will be showers and a few squally thunderstorms over the region on Saturday. Showers will be heavy at times. The trough of low pressure is expected to linger over the coast of southern China early next week. The weather will remain unsettled. With the trough of low pressure weakening and the anticyclone aloft strengthening, showers will ease off gradually and the weather will improve over Guangdong midweek next week.
