Hong Kong Observatory’s colleague lecturing in Thailand

At the invitation of the Thai Meteorological Department (TMD), Mr KOK Mang-hin Marco, Acting Senior Scientific Officer of the Hong Kong Observatory, visited the TMD Headquarters on 24 March 2025 to deliver lectures at a knowledge sharing workshop on “Future Development of Aviation Meteorological Services”. Over 90 TMD meteorological personnel participated in the workshop in person or online. They highlighted that they have greatly benefited from the event and considered the Observatory’s experience in addressing the meteorological requirements of aviation stakeholders as extremely valuable.
